(Where is Kansas' kick off series? Can you imagine Gardner-Edgerton vs Derby
and Hutchinson vs Olathe North and Wichita Collegiate vs Wichita Bishop
Carroll. Play the first game on Thursday night, none on Friday night
(because all the other teams in the state are playing and most folks that
would come to these games would be high school football fans.) and two on
Saturday. Do it at Cessna stadium in Wichita. The teams that were suppose to
play Gardner-Edgerton and Hutchinson etc would play each other also in
Wichita at South or Northwest or Goddard. So each team always has a game. I
can also see Pittsburg State hosting this kick off classic and the alternate
games played at Pitt High field. Maybe Hutch vs Webb City, Mo.) |
